Volunteering for a noble cause is a great way to help communities less fortunate but you may also be able to get paid work after your project y teaching English. Let the volunteer project serve as a stage of becoming familair with the country and then consider teaching. Get a head start and become certified to teach English with a 2-4 week TEFL course.
