UADE scholarships for young athletes - Argentina
Aimed at basketball enthusiasts who excel in the performance of the sport and want to start college, UADE launches offering scholarships to begin to pursue a career in 2015.
Award Amount: All fees for tuition and registration, along with a monthly allowance to cover education expenses and per diem.
The program seeks to promote the development and practice of college basketball and more generally of sport in Argentina and the region, rewarding ability and effort of those young ballers showing optimal performance.

Roberto Carri Scholarships for Latin Americans
Organized to encourage Latin American university graduates to pursue master's degrees and specialize in areas of Social and Human Sciences.
Number of Awards: 15 per year, renewable for following year. Plus a monthly stipend for living expenses and medical insurance for 10 months a year.

The Organization of American States (OAS) and the Coimbra Group of Brazilian Universities (GCUB)
Number of Scholarships: more than 500
Award Amounts: full tuition, partial monthly stipend $1,500 BRL for Master's and $2,200 BRL for Doctorate, first 125 approved candidates also recieve $1,200 USD upon arrival at school
Locations: 46 locations in 5 regions of Brazil
Duration: 2 years for master's applicants, and 4 years for doctoral programs

Dr. Walter Leibrecht founded Schiller International University in 1964 which is committed towards the advancement and support of understanding different cultures. In excess of 20,000 students from over 100 countries have been taught through its campuses in the Largo, FL, United States, Paris, France, Heidelberg, Germany, and Madrid, Spain.

Offers grants to Latin American professionals working in ministries or public institutions, academics, teachers and researchers from neighboring countries to complete their masters studies in Chilean Universities and Institutions of Higher Education, in various fields, such as Agricultural Regional Planning Sciences, Urbanism and Economics and Management, Education and Improvement of Teachers, Technology, Engineering, Geology and Geography, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and Medical Sciences.

The Organization of American States (OAS) and the Mexican National Science and Technology Council (CONACYT) and the Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID) for master's or doctoral studies in science and engineering

Award Amounts: covers living expenses, medical insurance, a one-time grant of $1,200 USD to be disbursed when the student arrives
Eligibility: must have completed a bachelor's degree and be citizens and/or permanent residents of one of the Member States of the GS/OAS outside of Mexico along with an excellent academic record.
